About

Center of HOPE of is an alcohol and drug addiction treatment facility that is located at 104 George Bishop Parkway in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Treating substance abuse involves multiple stages of treatment through a recovery program such as that offered by Center of HOPE of. This can include group counseling, individual counseling, outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment, and medically assisted detox, among many others. Treatment programs are based on the individual themselves and are constructed to suit each patient individually. Just as every person is unique, so should treatment programs and that is exactly what patients will receive at Center of HOPE of.

If addicts do not obtain the right type of support and guidance, they may find treatment to be very difficult as the thought of sobriety can seem so far-fetched. At Center of HOPE of, professional counseling and guidance are provided to all patients aged Adult men, Adult women, giving them the strength needed in order to obtain a life that is free of drug and alcohol addiction. By altering the patient's outlook on life through addiction treatment, they will be able to stay positive throughout the duration of rehab.

The staff members at Center of HOPE of have a mission and that is to give patients effective and quality addiction treatment so that long-lasting sobriety can be obtained. The path to a positive future starts on a positive foot and that begins at Center of HOPE of. Confronting addiction is a difficult thing to do, but it is the most important step in the recovery process. Through professional counseling during the patient's time in treatment, patients will learn coping skills and trigger management which is imperative to the success of maintaining sobriety.

Maintaining sobriety on one's own is extremely difficult, especially when the addict has tried to go 'cold turkey' on their own. This is because it requires medically-assisted detox in order to properly and safely wean the body off of the substance of abuse. This way the body does not go through sudden withdrawal nor experience harsh side effects. Center of HOPE of can provide patients with all of the necessary tools, treatments, and resources so that patients have every opportunity to succeed in recovery.

I have been going to this place since 2006. Methadone saves lives. I see a lot of people over here calling this place a legal drug dealer and such all I can say is you need to educate yourself

This place saved my life. The reason I’m giving it only 3 stars is because of the pricing and the rudeness of certain employees there id prefer to not name. My counsler left and I loved her to death. She did all my phase up paperwork and told me to go to a certain person to phase me up being as she would be gone. Well when I went to this person she was very rude and acted very bothered. Let’s just say although I pass all my drug test and have been following the program correctly they are making me wait too phase up because my counsler isn’t taking patients right now. We are required to have a cousler at all times. For the prices we pay we should be able to follow the program in a timely manner and not be forced to wait. I must say Lisa is very sweet I love her. The other lady also is that works beside her up front. Earnest is nice. The bathrooms are usually kinda dirty and there’s often cigs butts and trash around the building inside and out but that’s because the people are messy. Oh and beware of people’s driving. People that come there cannot drive. Countless times people have backed up while I was and cut me off. Very reckless. People also keep walking and walk right behind or in front of you while you are trying to drive off. Other then all of that this place saved my life and I’m glad for it.

To Thomas P ..are you a patient what do you know about it you do don't have a right to judge do some education. If a patient works the program as they should then it works great. I'm a student I have studied both medicines did even know suboxone is a drug that hospitals use for people who overdose on heroin and pills so it saves lives. I do think the government tries to keep you on it,so blame the government and pharmaceutical companies not the patients. More people die coming out of inpatient rehab centers from relaspeing and accidentally overdosing. .So what research have you done?

They are very polite and respectful. They listen and answer any of my questions and concerns. Best decision i have ever made so far. I do believe i will finally have my life back as long as i stay focused and remain in the program for as long as it takes. I don't have an issue with the cost so much because it is so much cheaper than the addiction was and a lot less than my funeral expence would be. I highly recommed Center of Hope to anyone who is tired of being sick with this awful addiction lifestyle.

I was a patient here for ten years. They did save my life. Before I went there I was living in dirty motels and had lost all hope. After I checked into the clinic I had a car and a nice apartment again. The only complaint I have is that they stole $80 from me on my last day there. That was just wrong.

i am posting a 4 bc of how hard the staff actually does work and how much they care (especially BRITTANY) KAY the pharmacist makes a point to say Good Morning EVERY morning she works and to call you BY NAME. I find that to be extremely professional. have to say I would definitely be in a much darker place w/o them. Thank You COH!!

Everyone is very nice and helpful here. Kay is awesome she knows everyone's name and kicks butt dosing. She should be the lead pharmacist. Pam is a awesome counselor, she goes beyond her job description to help with any issue you may have. I love her positive attitude. I would give five stars if they lower the price a little. Lol.

This place is what you make of it . Most people that are talking shit about this place saying that there is drug deals in the parking lot are the ones buying shit in the parking lot and if you're crying about people drive high on their dose then your dose is too high you are the one that has to say yes I want to go up they can't make you go up .So if you do what you should be doing like going by the rules this place works . And it cost too much ? It's less than$400 a month and most people spend that on dope in a day ! Stop crying!!!!!

I have to say that this place is a blessing. The staff that I have talked to act like they really care about someone and I believe them. I wouldn't be able to do this without this place.Thank you for caring, giving me a chance, helping me and saving my life!!!!!!

I would not be here now if it wasn't for this place. I've lost so many friends to drugs and have no doubt I'd be one of the lost if not for the center. They educated me and gave me the tools to help myself. No one can "fix" you, which i think some people expect but they can give you the means to "fix" yrself. It's not an easy road but it's damn sure alot easier than the alternative. Hope is right...they did give me hope and i used it to be a better person. So thank you for my life back i could've never done it with out you.
